Creamy Mushroom Pasta

Tagliatelle in a silky mushroom cream sauce.
Servings: 3 · Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients
- 300g tagliatelle
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 300g mushrooms, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- Salt, pepper, parsley
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
- Sauté mushrooms in oil until golden. Add garlic for 1 minute.
- Stir in cream and Parmesan. Loosen with pasta water as needed.
- Toss in pasta, season, and finish with parsley.
